The Hirschbüchenkopf forest meadow is located between Güntersberge and Siptenfelde below the „Pension Waldoase“ and above the Selketalstieg trail.

Until the early 1990s, there was a winding tower on the site of the guesthouse that served as a supply shaft for the Straßberg mine. The closure plate of the former shaft can still be seen to this day.
The stamping point is located at the edge of a forest clearing above the Selketalstieg,
From Siptenfelde, follow the signs for „Wege deutscher Kaiser und Könige des Mittelalters im Harz“ (Paths of German Emperors and Kings of the Middle Ages in the Harz Mountains) and pass the fence of the „Pension Waldoase“ to reach the stamping point.
