The let­te­ring ALTENAU is impres­si­ve­ly enthro­ned at this van­ta­ge point on the Mühlenberg.

Stam­ping point 149 is also part of the Alten­au Heart Trail stamp cir­cuit. This inte­res­t­ing adven­ture hiking trail, all about the heart for the who­le fami­ly, with a total of 7 stamp points, covers approx. 12.4 km. 

The book­let „Alten­au­er Herz­weg“, which accom­pa­nies the Har­zer Wan­der­na­del, can be purcha­sed at various tou­rist infor­ma­ti­on offices in the Upper Harz or from the Har­zer Wandernadel.
