Stamping point 57 / Echowiese Allrode

The Echowiese is a large clearing in the forest between Allrode and Friedrichsbrunn.

„As you call into the forest, so it sounds out“ says a pro­verb, which is impres­si­ve­ly con­firm­ed on the Echo Meadow.

The best start­ing point for a hike to Echo­wie­se is at the end of All­ro­de in the direc­tion of Tre­se­burg. Fol­low the sign­pos­ted forest path to the Hoh­le Eiche natu­ral monu­ment. Unfort­u­na­te­ly, this once migh­ty tree has com­ple­te­ly col­lap­sed. Con­ti­nue along the forest path to Echo­wie­se, whe­re you will find the stamp box in the refuge.
